A large-scale packaging redesign for Barrette Outdoor Living’s hardware line, transitioning over 150 SKUs from the Boerboel Gate Hardware brand into a unified Barrette brand system. The project involved adapting packaging across a wide range of product types, sizes, and color variations while maintaining consistency and clarity.

The design system was developed to scale efficiently, using a structured layout that accommodates varying product specifications while reinforcing brand recognition. Clear labeling, color differentiation, and consistent hierarchy ensure that each package is easy to identify and navigate in a retail environment.
